*Finding Atlantis*

Atlantis called from watery grave
"Need your help, souls to save"
Dream adventure, profound sleep
Darkness invaded images creep  

Mystery light cast gentle glow
Deep sea tourist met Plato.
'twas his city, from fertile mind
Poseidon laid claim, what a find.

Night receded taking dream
Out of reach or so it seemed
Decipher midnight mystery
No longer bemused go to see

Atlantis rising 'tis kismet
Ocean turmoil,  a parapet
City emerged myth dispelled
Surging waves, ancient bells.

Time to wake, this time for real
What's that I hear? church bells peal
Sea is calm, no  storm today
Atlantis moment sinks away.
